Mike Joo
Bank of America
Mike Joo is Managing Director and COO for Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America. Mike began his career at Goldman Sachs in New York and then moved to Hong Kong, where he was co-head of Asia Debt Capital Markets at Credit Suisse. After joining BofA, he relocated to NY as COO for Global Markets and served as Head of Global Rates & Currencies Origination. Mike graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Biology.

Sandor Hau
Charlesbank Capital Partners
Sandor Hau is a Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and oversees the firm’s opportunistic credit investing. He previously served as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Credit and Special Situations at Nomura Securities, as well as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and Head of Credit Investing and Private Equity within the Principal Strategies group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.

Sandra Schubert

Sandra Schubert is an Investment Advisor at Goldman Sachs, where she leads a team responsible for advising ultra-high net worth families, family offices, endowments, and foundations. Sandra joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 after receiving her MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and her undergraduate degree in Political Science magna cum laude from Middlebury College.

Soo Kim

Soo Kim is a Partner, Portfolio Manager and Global Head of Performing Credit Research at Anchorage Capital Group. Prior to joining Anchorage, she worked at Goldman Sachs most recently as a Vice President and an industry head in the Americas Special Situations group. Ms. Kim received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Management Science from MIT, where she was a Tau Beta Pi scholar.

Andrew Kim

Andrew Kim is a partner at Paulson & Co, a leading event-driven hedge fund in NYC. Andrew is responsible for global risk arbitrage and event driven investments across all sectors. Previously, he was an Investment Analyst at Perry Capital and an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. He graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Chris Kim is a principal at GPI Capital. Prior to joining GPI Capital, Mr. Kim was an Investment Banking Analyst at Societe Generale. Mr. Kim graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.

Mark Kim
Anchorage Capital Group
Mark Kim is a Vice President at Anchorage Capital Group, a credit-oriented investment firm based in New York. Before joining Anchorage, he worked at TPG Sixth Street Partners and started his career in the investment banking area at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mark is a graduate of Columbia University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics.

Yup Kim

Yup S. Kim is the CIO at TMRS. Previously, he served as the Head of Investments for Private Equity at CalPERS, California’s $450 billion pension fund, and as the Senior Portfolio Manager at the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (“APFC”), a $70 billion sovereign wealth fund. Prior to Alaska Permanent, he worked at DB Private Equity, Performance Equity, Silver Point Capital, and Citigroup. Yup received his B.A. in Economics from Yale University.

Ji Hye You is a Partner in the Private Credit Group at Proskauer Rose LLP. She advises private credit funds, corporate borrowers and other financial institutions in connection with wide variety of private credit transactions. Ji Hye received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. from Cornell University.

David Kim is an assistant vice president at Blackstone Innovations Investments. Prior to joining Blackstone, David worked in technology private equity at Vector Capital, as well as in investment banking at Evercore. David graduated from Columbia University with a B.S. in Operations Research: Engineering Management Systems.

Jim Park

Jim Park is the CEO of the Association of Asian American Investment Managers (AAAIM), a leading nonprofit dedicated to advancing Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) representation in investment management. A dedicated advocate for the AAPI community, he previously chaired the Asian Pacific American Institute of Congressional Studies (APAICS) and co-founded the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and National CAPACD.
