Women in Finance

We are a women’s network connecting women to professionals. We foster current leaders and support creating future leaders. We’re committed to changing how women network by creating a supportive, non-competitive community where we lift women up and develop opportunities within our field. Ultimately, our goal is to further support women to achieve professional success while cultivating and celebrating their ambition. 

Our Mission

Creating a safe space for Korean females to build impactful connections and relationships to grow deal flow, partnerships and information access within the network.

Mentorship Program

The KFS Women in Finance mentorship program aims to connect senior and analyst level females in finance.

The program provides both with the opportunity to gain access to mentorship, exclusive speaker series, and more. The Women in Finance Mentorship Program includes a “pod” system, in which different pods provide their own professional and personal support network.
