Jenny Park is a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital, where she focuses on middle-market investments in the infrastructure sector. Previously, she worked in private equity at Kohlberg & Co. and started her career in M&A investment banking at Bank of America. Jenny graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.

Steve Han is an investor at March Capital investing in enterprise technology companies. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy from UC Berkeley.

Ellie Kim is a public equities investor. Previously, she covered the consumer sector at Glenview Capital Management, a long-short hedge fund, and started her career in management consulting. She graduated with a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Jamie Lee is currently an Acquisitions and Capital Markets analyst at LeFrak, largely working on multifamily and commercial assets. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from University of Pennsylvania. Jamie joined KFS in 2020 as a fellow.

Sam Kim is an associate in the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America Securities in Technology Media and Telecom Group. Sam started out his career in corporate finance at Hana Bank and is a graduate of Georgetown Mcdonough School of Business.

Cathy started her career in Technology investment banking at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

SK is an associate at Hg Capital, focusing on software private equity investing. Prior to Hg, SK was an investment banking analyst in the Technology M&A group at Evercore. SK joined KFS in 2017 as a Fellow. SK graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Statistics from the Stern School of Business at New York University. SK also serves on the board of directors of KAFSC (Korean American Family Service Center), a non-profit that addresses domestic violence and sexual assault.

Jae Lee is currently a public investment analyst at the Baupost Group. Previously, he worked as an analyst at Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities group. Jae joined KFS in 2017 as a Fellow. He graduated with a B.A. in Statistics and Economics from Harvard University.

Jennifer Cha
HPS Investment Partners
Jennifer Cha is currently an associate at HPS Investment Partners in Chicago. She started her career in NY as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in the Financial and Strategic Investors Group before joining the Asset Management Division focusing on Private Credit across senior credit and mezzanine strategies. Jennifer joined KFS in 2016 as a fellow and serves as a junior mentor and pod leader through the KFS Women in Finance Mentorship Program. She graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics.

Jason Oh is currently an associate at Permira. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse. Jason joined KFS in 2019 as a Fellow and is currently involved in leading the KFS Fellowship Program. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Statistics from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Leighanne Oh
Ascenta Capital
Leighanne Oh, MS, is a Vice President at Ascenta Capital, a biotech investment firm. She joined the firm in 2024 and focuses on discovering and evaluating new life sciences opportunities. Before joining Ascenta, Leighanne started her investing career at SoBE Bioequities (Sofinnova’s L/S hedge fund), focusing on public investments in global biotech and pharmaceutical companies. She later served on Sofinnova’s investment committee as a private investor focused on clinical stage investments from 2019 – 2022 and at Novo Holdings from 2022-2024. Leighanne earned her M.S. and B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and is a Gates Millennium Scholar.

He started his career in the investment banking area at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Michael graduated magna cum laude from Emory University with a B.A. in Finance and Economics. Michael joined KFS in 2018 as a fellow.

Shelby Kim is currently a Private Equity Manager at Korea Investment Corporation (KIC) in New York. Before joining KIC, she worked in search fund investing at Pacific Lake Partners and started her career as an investment banking analyst at Evercore Partners. Shelby joined KFS in 2017 as a Fellow. She graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy and a B.A. in Public Health from UC Berkeley.

Jong Weon Lee

Jong Weon Lee is a Vice President of IMM Credit & Solutions, a credit investment & asset management arm for IMM Private Equity. Prior to joining IMM, Jong worked at Moon Capital Management in New York as an equity long short hedge fund analyst. He was a member of the KFS Fellowship Program Class of 2011–12. Jong received a BA in Business Administration from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Leo Ryu
Hanwha Galleria, Hanwha Foodtech Global
Leo leads strategic investments as the Chief Investment Officer of Hanwha Galleria and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hanwha Foodtech Global. Prior to joining Hanwha, he co-founded and managed Stella Investment, a KRW 200 billion cross-border private equity firm. His earlier roles include positions as a private equity professional at SJL Partners in Seoul and as an investment banking associate at Bank of America in New York. Leo holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPP from KDI School, and a BA from Seoul National University. As an Eisenhower Fellow and Fulbright Scholar, he also teaches at the Korea Banking Institute.
