Become A Mentor
Help younger generation members jumpstart their careers in finance.
Upon selection, KFS Fellows are paired with a junior mentor and a senior mentor who will provide career advice to help Fellows navigate through the recruiting process for junior summer internship programs at various leading financial institutions.
Junior mentors are young professionals in the financial services industry who play a key role in the Fellowship Program by providing ongoing advice throughout the recruiting season through various day-to-day interactions with Fellows. Junior mentors typically guide Fellows through networking, resume building, interview preparation, and general best practices for recruiting and on-the-job performance.
Senior mentors are senior professionals in the financial services industry, serving as the sounding board for Fellows at key decision making points during the recruiting process.
